If you are looking to get the most amount of equity out of the home sale, we have a program that could help! This is designed for homes that are needing a little extra love and help to bring it up to basic market standards with no upfront charge or fees.

How does it work?

We will meet with you to assess what needs to be updated or repaired in your home. Then, we will coordinate with our partners to get the work done, taking the stress out of the process! Please plan for a minimum of two to three weeks for the completion of the work.

What is it?

We will work with local licensed contractors and handymans to update your home and do basic repairs to help sell your home quicker and for the best price. Here’s some examples of what could be done:

How to Get Started
